CRFC 60th Anniversary Gentlemen’s Dinner @ Twickenham – Saturday 19th May

2018 marks 60 years since the formation of Old Meadonians RFC (now Chiswick RFC) in 1958 to provide rugby football for the former pupils of Chiswick County Grammar School for boys. To mark the occasion the club are holding a Gentlemen’s Black Tie dinner in the Members Lounge at Twickenham Stadium on Saturday 19th May.

We will be celebrating the last 60 years with photographs, memorabilia and a few anecdotes among friends as well as presenting Awards to present players and club members for their achievements during the current season. The dinner will open with a sparkling wine reception from 7.00pm followed by a 3-course plated dinner at 7.30pm, including a complimentary half a bottle of wine. For those requiring it there is free parking on site.

Our guest speaker for the evening is Wayne Barnes one of the most respected referees in World rugby. Since emerging onto the world circuit in 2006 as the youngest ever international referee at the age of 27, he has gone on to officiate matches in the World Cup, Six Nations Rugby Championship, regular International friendlies, the Southern Hemisphere Championship, English Premiership, Heineken Cup and European Challenge Cup.

Tickets are £75.00 per person and can be purchased either through the Chiswick website – (please reference with your name) or by online bank transfer to Chiswick RFC account (Sort code 60-05-30 and Account number 22518126). Again, please reference your name and mention “Awards” with the payment.
