We are delighted to inform that planning has been approved and works are set to commence on the South Changing Room Extension (right of image) – finally!

The main planning change relates to the design of the changing rooms. The originally approved side extensions to the club house had a traditional (brick) appearance with the application moving to a contemporary design with the extensions comprised of wooded clad modules, linked by covered walkways with sedum-covered flat roofs. Having less physical impact, while blending aesthetically with the surrounding environment and – most importantly – ensuring we can provide the long-envisaged sporting services for our Club and wider-community.

Funding is in place, agreements signed and works set to commence with the modules landed just before or after the Christmas break and operational during the course of January.

Fabulous news of course, however, that’s only part of the story…

COMING SOON – THE CLUBHOUSE REFURBISHMENT

Also included in the consent are our plans for the Clubhouse Refurbishment and North Extension. Here we are determined to move forward as quickly as funds permit - ideally within the current season for the Clubhouse.
